Job Description & Skill Set Required :

- Receiving employment screening cases from clients.
- Acknowledging case receipt to clients.
- Assigning cases to verifications team.
- Communicating first & second level insufficiencies to clients.
- Clearing insufficiencies and client follow up.
- Applicant Chasing.
- Invoice Delivery and Payment Follow up.
- Weekly Client Calls.
- Delivery of Client Progress Sheets.
- Addressing client queries via phone and email.
- CSAT Surveys.
- This is a client facing role and hence the person should be able to think out of the box, should be creative in delivering a solution to the client, should be able to see a potential problem brewing and identify a solution to fix it and should have an eye for detail.
- The individual should represent “Absolute” positively in front of all clients and should be the ambassador of the company to the client. Total & utmost professionalism over phone & email is a must requirement.
- Timely Delivery of all tasks to the client is a must requirement. The client relations role may require the individual to stretch beyond their normal working hours to deliver items to the client.
- 100% attendance and punctuality is a mandatory expectation for this role.
- Excellent communication and inter personnel skills.
