Job Description:

Intlum Technology is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager or online Bidder for a full-time position in Kolkata , India. We are looking for online Bidder to be responsible for generating new business from online bidding portals like Odesk ,Elance , Freelancer , Guru and PPH you must have outstanding communication skills and should enjoy working in a highly dynamic, detail-oriented environment. And handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.

Minimum 6 Months experience of online portals like oDesk, Upwork, Freelancer, Guru. Experience in handling International clients. Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow-ups, communication link between the development team & clients.

-Identify, create and pursue new business opportunities and clients.

-Responsible for online bidding on Upwork, Elance, GURU Freelancer etc portal.

-Online bidding, follow ups, competition analysis, discussion with offshore clients.

-Generate leads for Web & Mobile from online bidding portals

-Following up clients continuously and responding to client inquiries.

-Documentation ( Proposal)

-Achieving business targets.

Required Skills:

-Excellent communication skills.

-Comfortable communicating with clients via email/call/skype.

-Experience / knowledge in Bidding on Upwork, Elance, Guru, ODesk, etc.

-Only Knowledge and idea of SEO/ Internet marketing, Web Applications, eCommerce, CMS, etc.
