Job Description and Skills Required:

- Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in International IT Business Development

- Lead generation, cold calling, follow up, negotiation and consultative discussions with clients to finalize the closure

- should have good knowledge of freelance websites like elance, guru,freelance.com

- Analysis of the market and requirement gathering

- Exploration of all Outbound mediums to close the business deal

- Self-motivated and able to work independently

- Emailing & Calling to Prospects

- Act as liaison between client and the delivery team

- A good communication skill in English is must.
