Job Description:

ONLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:
- Prospect new clients/ Generating Lead by bidding, online marketing, and Networking(INTERNATIONAL & DOMESTIC ).
- Bidding on IT Web Services projects like Software development, Web development, Mobile application development, etc.
- Familiarity with the main types of software development life cycles.
- Should possess excellent knowledge in bidding on Portals (Freelancer, Upwork, People Per Hour, Fiverr, etc)
- Ability to do market research and handle clients.
- Planning and preparing presentations, and creating scope of work Document.
- Good at collecting data and handling data mining for international clients as well as domestic.
- Understanding the client's requirements clearly and discussing it with the internal team.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly with the ability to execute a plan.
- Highly technologically adept with proven proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, CRM and other online resources for information.
- Responsible for acquiring business & achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should be willing to work in a rotational shift which includes night shift as well.

OFFLINE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:
- Responsible for developing sales for IT Web Services projects like Software development, Web development, Mobile application development, etc.
- Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
- Excellent communication skills and dynamic attitude.
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day.
- Regular and daily interaction with Customers for sourcing new businesses and addressing issues arising out of services provided.
- Responsible for execution of Leads generated.
- Generating suitable leads as per the Business Requirement
- Conducting Client Meetings and follow-ups when necessary and as directed by Sales/Business Development Head.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active and inactive calls, appointments & Maintaining a pipeline of all all leads.
- Should be willing to do the Fieldwork while Meeting clients within Mumbai region when Required.

Skill Set Required:
- Fluent English and excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Write proposals for projects.
- Should be target oriented
- Negotiating and finalizing deals with clients.
- Client Interaction.
- Should be proactive, dynamic & aggressive in nature.
