Job Description : 

- Implementing business development activities, attending to all relevant business opportunities in International Market for IT Software Services Industry.

- Lead Generation through email marketing, professional media and other channels.

- Managing the entire business development life cycle process, like initiating the Hot Leads from marketing team to the closure of the account.

- Formulating innovative ways of sales and marketing.

- Interact with C-Suite Level, & Top Decision makers of the Company’s to close the deal.

- Attend and explain the customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales.

- Understand & define sales pipeline, industry verticals, target audience.

- Identifying client needs, proposing solutions and furnishing clients with all required information about the organization, service offerings etc.

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and client satisfaction.

- Efficient at Team Management in-order to achieve individual as well as organizational goals.

- Involved in to complete SDLC Support and handle Multiple Clients.

Skill Set Required: 

 - Candidates should have good knowledge of Software & Web development solutions

 - Candidates should have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

 - Candidates should have excellent presentation skills
