Job Description and Skills Required: 

Acquire new IT and corporate clients in the specified region / market.

Identify right market to grab Website/Software development clients and projects.

Rich experience in dealing with corporate clients or IT Products and Services.

Cold calling to potential clients.

Generate the lead from Internet/other sources.

Have to achieve monthly/Yearly Target.

Regular reporting to the senior management and follow-ups with the customers and clients.

Develop draft proposals based on client's requirements.

Manage team of subordinates and provide them proper task for lead generation or whatever task is required to generate more revenue for company.

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy selling and completing the targets, is achievement oriented and believes in achieving and exceeding sales goals through strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and target prospects.

Identify business opportunities, gather competitor information & recommend appropriate action to achieve predetermined business objectives.

Build & maintain strong client relationships to pave the way for additional future sales.

Should be able to handle a team and very good in developing in International market.
