Salary: For Stipend: INR 7000 per month
After Training Period: INR 2.4 LPA - INR 3 LPA
(The final CTC will depend upon candidate's performance in the interview and will be at the company's discretion)
Bond: 1.5 year

Job Description:
- Understanding the requirements of the project and Bid accordingly.
- Analysing and understanding client's requirement.
- Identifying new business prospects from multiple sources like LinkedIn, existing
- database, social media research etc.
- Ability to manage client relationships, as well as developing new business from
- clients and handling complete end to end sales cycle right from negotiation to closure.
- Requirement gathering, Creating cover letters & Proposals.
- Managing job profiles on bidding portals.
Skill Set Required:
- MBA with specialization in IT / Marketing.
- Should be proficient in English communication.
- Strong organizational, project management and interpersonal skills
- Highly credible with the ability to influence both internally with colleagues, and externally with clients.
- Ability to work in co-ordination with the development team.
- Ability to understand, articulate and address business issues, business drivers and needs
- Knowledge of MS Office suite.
