Job Descriprions /Skills :

-Guide, motivate and mentor students, where required through the entire application cycle, from initial interest to the final application.

-Be a subject matter expert

-The incumbent is expected to be intimately familiar with the course content and should be able to explain everything in detail to a prospective student and answer any queries that he/she may have.

-Counsel prospective students / professionals and advise them about the best course as per their career interests.

-Analyze and keep track of course inquiries from various modes like emails, telephone and direct inquiries and maintaining the record of the same.

-Track competing colleges and monitor how their curriculum is evolving over time.

-Prepare reports for internal consumption. Utilize this intelligence during the counseling process and attend internal training sessions that are organized by other education counselors.

-Communicate with leads and prospective students that you are managing via different mediums.

-Pro actively suggest areas of improvement on how we can engage with our leads and prospects in a better manner.
