Job Description:
- Be the single point of contact for international clients.
- Build client relationship and ensure client retention by providing exception client service.
- Up sell and cross sell our services to clients.
- Candidate will be responsible to identify & give presentation to existing and new customers.
- Revenue Generation.
- End to End SPOC till the Start and End of the Project.
- Provide accurate, complete and comprehensive responses to bid and sales leads.
- Cold calling - perform any sales, prospect and appointment calls to help generate leads.
- Preparing estimates and quotations for customers
- Communicate with clients throughout the project and provide top notch customer service.
- Coordinate with execution team to ensure timely delivery of our services.

Skill Set Required:
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills with pleasing personality.
- Extensive knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Creative, hard-working with the ability to take the initiative to deliver results.
