Job Description:

- Candidates having excellent communication skills can apply.

- Fluency in US English would be an advantage.

- Generating lead, marketing cold calls & converting them to customers.

- Proactively contacting companies, follow-up with them.

- Ability to manage multiple clients.

Skill Set Required :

- 1-5 Years of Experience in online Bidding and BDE.

- Should knowledge of IT projects and IT Field.

- Interacting with international clients over phone/Skype comfortably.

- Must know how to get web and desktop based projects from various sites like FREELANCER, ELANCE, Odesk, GURU, PPH etc.

- Generating leads and new business from online bidding portals.

- Search for the opportunity by filtering bids through various resources.

- Person must have Knowledge of LinkedIn marketing.
