Job Profile:
- Managing Client accounts from a long term perspective
- Be a single point contact for the client & the back end team
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- High involvement in Research, Planning & Strategy making to ensure new client participation.
- Should be updated with the latest technology & regular market information to ensure selling the service
- At the right time, as per the client pitch.
- To acquire new clients and ensure quality delivery standards.
- Negotiate with Clients on cost estimation and budget to ensure good results & maximum profitability
- Act as a single point of contact between the client and the internal team.
- Understanding the clients activation requirement & accordingly involve the internal team to provide
- Innovative solutions & measures.
- To provide timely feedback to the internal Team and make sure appropriate revisions are made to the
- Concept, design, estimate, etc.
- To coordinate with all the departments and ensure execution on all fronts from pre to post events or activation.
- Contacting, Prospecting, executives through telephone / email and conferencing techniques.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold calling, meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Thorough research and build relationships with new clients.
- Handle incoming sales calls from sales prospects.
- Execute on Lead Generation & Call program activities with partners.
- Penetrations of Named focus Accounts and grow the business in the region.
