Job Description:

- Planning and overseeing new development and production activities.

- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

- Developing sales goals for the team and ensuring they are met

- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills

- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events


Skill Set Required:

- Must have experience of making and executing the business plans.

- Must have strong desire to work in Startup environment. Startup experience highly preferred.

- Must have experience of raising the fund and grants for the startup.

- Identifying new sales leads

- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives

- Good presentation and pitching skills.

- Proficient in PC tools including MS Word, Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Photoshop

- Outstanding leadership and organization skills.
