Job Description:
-Prepare Sales Records and Funnel.
-Preparing all tender documents and Complete all process of tender biding.
-Timely Dispatch the Tenders.
-Tender Wining Ability.
-Proper Costing.
-Preparing quote and Budgetary quote for client.
-Tender Bidding for Defense and Govt Sector.
-Coordinating with OEM for the better pricing for the tender.
-Coordinating with technical and Procurement team for tender
-compliances and price.
-Handling of queries of clients through telephone and emails.
-Payment follows up on timely.
-Managing accounts for clients & build a relationship for future prospects.
-Receive an answer calls from the customers in relation to their requests or questions, answer the clients questions and ensure their problems are resolved, conduct follow – up tasks.
-To keep a track on all Opportunities from time to time.
-Fulfillment of leads / enquiries by way of sending company profiles/ product literature etc to Prospects / Customers.
-Timely Follow up on pending / Deferred cases.
-Counseling will mainly be by e-mail & telephone

Skill Set Required:
-Tender RFP, EOI, Preparation and response, Pre-sales activities , MIS preparation,  
-Strong Technical and Commercial knowledge, Pre tendering,
-Post tendering, creating RFIs, RFPs, E-tendering and business research and development activities, MIS Report, Coordination, Empanelment. E- Sourcing, Manage key account and tracker.
