Job Description:

- To manage Partner Development Managers in assign territory, manage sales team & Associate partners (AP) / Channel Development Associates (CDA), generate new channels, making reports etc.

- To achieve set target for the territory.

- Preparation and submission of daily reports.

- To guide and assist / ensure the performance of the Partner Development Manager.

- To have market information and competition activity in the territory.

Skill Set Required:

- Min 4 years of experience in business/partnership development with min 1 year experience in handling sales team.

- Significant experience in business development or related field.

- Enthusiasm for business planning, negotiating agreements, commercial management and data analysis.

- Superior business sense, problem solving, relationship management and negotiations skills.

- Preferably from Telecom / Insurance / Pharma / FMCG Industry.
