Job Description:
Roles of Application Support Engineer:
1-Manage large amount of incoming call and should identify & asses customer's needs to achieve customer satisfaction.
2- To perform a thorough review of closed support cases on a weekly basis to measure process compliance
3- Customer orientation and ability to adapt /respond to different types of customers.
4- Ability to recognize ineffective customer service interaction, identify gaps in quality of service and drive initiatives to improve service quality.
5- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet competing deadlines
Skills:
1-Should be flexible to work on variable working hours when required.
2- Should know Hindi to speak fluently other than English & Tamil.
3- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
4- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment
5-Outstation candidates should be ready to relocate to Chennai
6-Candidates should have their own laptop with good working condition
7-Rotational shift.
