Job Description and Skill Set Required:

- Handling petty cash.
- Preparing purchasing, sales invoices, debit note, credit note.
- Preparing Daily cash invoices, dispatch report.
- Preparing daily, month end and year-end report and reporting to Manager and MD of the company.
- Tool used is Tally Erp9 and MS Excel.
- Preparing daily tax invoices/bills.
- Preparing Purchase, Sales, Payment, Receipts bills/voucher entries in Tally Erp9.
- Generating C Form.
- Preparing Daily & Month end dispatch report, Market report, Stock report and reporting it to a Director and Head       Accountant of the company.
- Handling office income and expenses, and prepare cash book, cash vouchers of the office staffs.
- Following up with collecting payments from the parties.
- Banking transactions like Neft, Rtgs.
- Preparing GST, service tax, luxury Tax, vat, & Tds reports.
- Worked under inventories, journals, ledgers, voucher entries in Erp application, as well as well-versed with Ms            Office applications.
