Job Description and Skill Set Required :-

-Candidate will be responsible for technical support of various WordPress website via Live Chat. -His/her scope of work will include settings and optimisation of theme and pluggins, debugging, maintening, as well as developing custom pluggins on PHP.
-Building websites from websites with WordPress CMS.
-Selecting and assessing WP pluggins according to clients' requirements.
-Setting and optimising WP's pluggins.
-Debugging and maintenaining WP websites.
-Writting customs codes to create personalised WP pluggins, etc.
-Integrating and optimising theme, layouts and visual effects usings custom HTML/CSS.
-Understanding, testing and correcting PHP/MySQL errors.
-Writing technical documentation.
-Excellent written English is a must (you will be dealing exclusively with US customers via Live Chat).
-Good oral English skills (internal communication only).
-Good reporting skills.
-Hability to communicate politely and formally.
-Mature, rigorous, organised.
-Hability to work independently as well as in a team.
