Job Description and Skills Required:

- Design & development on WebSphere Portal based Applications

- Knowledge of Java/J2EE, Web-based application development & Struts, SQL, DB2

- IBM WCM(Web content management)

- RAD, Portlet Factory, and/or Eclipse IDE

- Theme development and customization

- Development experience in JSR-168, JSR-268, WSRP.
