Job Description:
- Design and develop web and landing pages for global websites that drives traffic, lead conversion, and product and brand promotion.
- Create graphics, layouts/wireframes, and content for web pages, emails, newsletters, and electronic documents (such as whitepapers and brochures).  
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create visual themes, graphics, and content used for web pages, online campaigns, ad placements, newsletters, emails, and electronic media.  
- Do research on which banners work and what trends are out there.
- Distributing and testing your banners in our systems.
- You will be creating at least 50 new banner templates per week which will generate 400+ banners in total.

Skill Set Required:
- Ability to work quickly and precisely in a fast-paced working environment under tight deadlines.  
- Strong knowledge of HTML.
- Strong knowledge of CSS.
- Strong knowledge of Photoshop.
- Knowledge of Illustrator is a plus, otherwise not required.
- Knowledge of other web technologies including but not limited to, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX, bootstrap, would be a huge plus, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- A little understanding of PHP and MySQL may make you a highly suitable candidate for the job, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- Ability to design responsive websites would be a huge plus, but not necessary, we’ll provide training.
- Excellent familiarity with the Internet and blogosphere.
- Ability to type 25+ wpm (You will be tested).
- Proficiency in Google Docs and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible attitude and willingness to learn new skills and fill new roles in a dynamic and quickly changing environment.
