-Knowledge of various designing tools like photo shop, flash etc.

-Added advantage if you have 2D Animation skills and knowledge of Action Script.

-Knowledge of HTML and responsive design

-Good conceptualization and visualization skills, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, proactive in mocking up animation ideas.

-Added advantage if you have Knowledge of CorelDraw and Sound Forge
