Job Description:
- Facilitating the implementation and monitoring the progress of the Awakened Citizen Program in various schools.
- Each Fellow will be assigned around 100 schools for monitoring the facilitation practices of the trained teachers, implementation progress of the school, provide support to teachers and schools, and proactively identify and mitigate the issues in implementation.
- Take active part in teachers' training.
- Prepare various reports on school visits, quarterly project reports, implementation reports, impact of the program on students and analysis reports.
- Enroll new schools in the program.
- Perform additional tasks as and when assigned.
- Build an engaging relationship with the school/government authorities.

Skill Set Required:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized University
- Good communication skills in Hindi or English or both
- Proficiency in MS Office- Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Passionate about service to society and nation building
- Appreciation for the Indian heritage and value system
- Willingness to commit self for a minimum period of two years
- Willingness to travel and work from anywhere in India
- Preferably below 30 years of age
- Familiarity with Swami Vivekananda's writings on education and the role of youth in nation building
- Previous experience of teaching in schools and/or working in the field of education.
