-Work with Accounts Managers who are at Competent Systems HQ in Atlanta, GA

-Should work in Night Shift (Indian time) to support the US Timings.

-A Minimum of Two years of Recruiting experience desired in Direct Client Recruitment Model.

Skills required:

-Good knowledge about IT staffing industry

-Must be willing to work in shifts

-Identifying and recruiting potential candidates for various positions and skill sets, specifically researching markets to find valuable candidates.
