Job Profile - UK Voice Process

The process is UK shifts, window: 12:30 pm - 1st shift and last shift - 6:30 pm. Cab facility is provided. 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, rotational and split offs

 

Job Description & Requirements - 

 

• It is Train ticketing process where in agent needs to provide customer service to the UK customers. It is mix of customer service and sales.
• Qualification Graduates/Undergraduates.
• Candidate should have Excellent communication skills
• Candidate should be flexible/Willing to work in UK shifts/ Rotational Shifts.
• Two way Transport provided.
• 5 days working, 2 weekly offs, (rotational/split offs).
