Job Description:  
Candidate will be responsible for following:
-Design and develop front end User Interface for website SKOOLFI  that are beautiful, user-friendly and code friendly  .
-As a UI/UX designer, candidate will design interactions for applications (web & mobile) and focus on user experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
-Conducting frequent, iterative usability testing in parallel with development
-UI design from conception to execution: flows, creating wireframes, mock-ups, prototyping and taking it to execution
-Work on the core metrics that web/mobile design can influence
-Interaction and visual design for all device experiences and communication properties including web, tablet and smart-phone

Skill Set Required:  
Candidate must have following experience/skills/expertise:
HTML5, Responsive HTML, CSS3, DIV Based Table-Less Structure for Layout Designing of Websites, Mailers Design, Photoshop, JQuery, JavascriptHTML, Knowledge in AJAX, JSON and XML, MVC design pattern, UI widgets,firebug,Twitter Bootstrap,Responsive Web Design (RWD),Illustrator, Acrobat, Dreamweaver and Flash
-Ability to write modular HTML templates in an MVC framework
-Ability to write modular CSS (SMACSS)
-Ability to think through UX and user workflows
-Working knowledge of web and mobile themes
-Experience/knowledge in creating traditional websites
-Experience/expertise in developing newsletters
-Strong command of Web standards, cross-browser compatibility & browser performance
-Excellent oral and written communication in English
-Strong understanding of SEO
-Working knowledge of JavaScript/JQuery
-Designer should have creative vision and experience to improve user experience.
-Candidate must have a great sense of visual design and print specific design, are good with workflow – and ideally are great at balancing these with a mind-set of collaborative curiosity
