Job Description: 

Process Training (Induction & Classroom Training).

Conduct on job training for the batches.

Conduction refresher training.

Taking care of Training Modules & MIS.

Conducts training need identification and analysis.

Complete daily tracking, including end of day course evaluation and training assessments.

Overseeing the MIS reporting metrics, identify trends and take appropriate actionon the same.

Coach, mentor, monitor and provide feedback to resources on regular basis.

Classroom training experience is compulsory, on job training would be an added advantage.

Skills Required: 

Good knowledge  of different real estate projects.

Good Inter-personal Skills.

Open to travel to various location.

Should have own bike.

Interview Process: Four face to face interviews.
