Salary:
- INR 12000 Per Month (In Training period) for local candidates
- For Outstation Candidates (other than Mumbai), Company will provide an extra Reimbursement of Rs.3,000/- (Three thousand only) towards the Accommodation during the Training period of 6 (Six) months (if the lodging & boarding is not provided by the company)
- Post successful completion of the training period Annual CTC INR 220,100/- (Rs.16,350/- per month in hand salary)
Course Specialization: Btech,BCA,BSc(CS/IT)
Training Period : 6 Months
Bond: 2 Years
Job Description & Skill Set Required:
- Development of use cases after discussing requirement with client.
- Setup project structure as per standard guidelines.
- Develop components for the presentation layer by using the predefined components.
- Design test scenarios & cases.
- Manually test the developed software’s to identify all corner case handling & issues.
- Should be a Team Player.
- Should be a Result oriented, self-starter and able to work with minimum guidance.
Important Note:
- In training period the candidate would be on a third party pay roll.
- The candidates should be willing to travel to the company’s client location (outstation as well)
- Candidate will be absorbed after 6 months on the permanent rolls with AQM on the basis of the following criteria: a. Based on Performance Evaluation
b. Clearance of ISTQB Foundation certification
c. Clearance in at least in 2 NCFM Modules
- Should have completed the Software Testing course (Along with Automation)

Tenative date of interview: Will be communicated post registration window is closed.
* The shortlisted candidates will be sent Admit Cards/Call Letters on their registered mail Id, which they will need to, carry on the date of Interview. No candidate will be entertained by the company without the formal intimation from Aspiring Minds.
