Profile/Designation:

• First 6 months- Trainee 'Level-1'
• Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer 'Level-2'

Job Profile: The candidate will be deployed as the part of the Applications Team.

Target Batch: 2014 B.E./ B. Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication)

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Mumbai

Desired Profile:

• Cut of 60% marks in their graduation.
• The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
• The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
• The students need to be flexible to take up any technology  and the work shift timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards

CTC Details:

• The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/-. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
• The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/-

Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 will be recovered from the employee.

Tentative date of joining: Post examinations

Interview Process: One Round of Interview followed by Versant (Voice Assessment Test)
