Job Description:
- To design and develop learning materials and storyboards with excellent writing skills
- Coordinate instructional design projects from initial to completion
- Assist in the development of instructional strategies, course materials, assessment techniques, appropriate integration of instructional technologies
- Design and produce learning materials in a variety of formats including graphics, audio, video, animation and multimedia to support teaching, learning, and college information needs
- Researches and makes recommendations on educational best practices, instructional resources, instructional technologies and multimedia hardware/software to support teaching and learning
- Facilitates curriculum development sessions, writes and maintains reports
- Work with subject matter experts and identify target audience’s training needs
- Maintain project documentation and course folders
- Demonstrates and utilizes effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills

Skill Set Required:
- Graduates (2019 & 2020 batch) with an aggregate of 65% and above
- Demonstrate excellent writing skills, good visual design skills and the ability to do storyboard with crisp and effective instruction
- Good verbal communicator
- Organized with a "can do" attitude and experience in working in a results-oriented, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment that demands results
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, and Excel
