BMM Ispat Limited established in the year 1976. The Company is a brainchild of Late Udaychand Singhi. Bharat Mines and Minerals, was biggest supply of Iron Ore to MMTC. In 1998, his son, Mr. Dinesh Kumar Singhi steered the company to unparalleled growth by being the first mining company, establishing a power generation plant for captive use, and creating a steel plant from the captive ore mine.
