Course specialization:

• B.E/ B.Tech (IT/CS)
• MCA/MSc. with UG in BSc Computer Science / BCA / BSc Math.

Desired Experience : 1 to 1.5 years

Academic Criteria 10th,12th,Graduation -  min70%.

Role and Responsibilities:

• The candidate will be responsible for providing L1 and L2Support of various IBM tools like - DataStage, Initiate,Cognos.
• To Support during US business hours.
• The candidate will be responsible for Bug fixing of DataStagejobs and Cognos Reports.
• The candidate will be responsible for Code Migration & Deployment.
• The candidate will be responsible for Coordination with software vendor to troubleshoot issues and deploy solutions.

Required Skills Set:

• The candidate should have experience in providing Level 1 and Level 2 technical support
• The candidate should have knowledge of SQL.
• The candidate should have exposure to Linux and MS Windows Server 2003/2008.
• The candidate with  experience in Unix Shell Scripts and Knowledge of a programming language e.g. Java is a plus is a plus
• The candidate should have exposure to DB Administration tasks – partitioning, indexing, query optimization
• The candidate should have good written & oral communication skills.

Probation Period/Training Period : 6 months

Bond- (if any):2.5 years including training period of 6 months

Note: Incase the candidate leave the company early before the tenure period have to pay 3 months gross salary.

 Interview Process: Face to Face Interview(Technical &HR).
