Job Description & Skill Set Required :

- Field support

- Trouble shooting

- New Installation

- Should have basic  knowledge on : · OS Installation/ Trouble shooting of client OS (Windows XP/7/8)

- Product knowledge of desktop, laptop, printer, basic networking parts

- Assembling / integration of computer parts· Configuration of OS/Networking Printer

- Installation and configuration of Antivirus· Outlook configuration

Interview Process :

- Final HR Round at the office.
