Education Qualification: B.Tech - Freshers.

Job description:

Main accountabilities for this role are the following:

*Trainee-Software Development shall be taken through an unpaid training of 2 months where they shall be trained to be DBA/ across technologies (.NET, SharePoint, HTML, MVC, BizTalk etc) and post completion of the training shall be taken through an evaluations

Skills Requirement:

*Candidates should have Strong academic background, Sound knowledge of basics,
  excellent communication skills and be well groomed.

*Those who are able to clear the evaluation shall be assigned to dept.'s/ team leaders where they shall be
  on-job training and will be responsible for DBA/ coding/ development primarily.  

CTC - Starting salary is approximately between 1.8 to 3 lakh at the end of 1 year in service.

Terms & Conditions:

*This opportunity will involve a 2 months unpaid training period and post on-boarding 6 months' probation
  period along with 2 yrs of Lock-in/ bond.

Interview Rounds :

*Interview process will include two Technical Rounds-2 followed by the HR round. All rounds will be in
 person.
