Job Description:
Responsible for identifying and closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships
An effective tele sales executive must be:
- Loud, enthusiastic, an excellent communicator, having superior people skills and loads of positive attitude
- You must be comfortable with presenting products or services
- The goal is to grow the customer base
- Good knowledge of computers (e.g. browser & MS Office) and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Language skills-Understand & speak-English & Hindi, min. any one regional language (optional)
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
