Job Description:

Role:

-To generate corporate customer leads, data mining and gathering market intelligence for our Talent Management suite of services.

Responsibilities:

-Making telephone calls to corporates and generate leads thereof on a daily basis

-Maintain daily call records

-ConstantIy identifying new companies to explore opportunities for our services through internet, newspapers, periodicals etc.

-Maintain reports of suspect and prospect base

-Email communication with the customer’s contacted for sending out intro mails, product notes, proposal etc.

Candidate Profile:

-Candidates with an aggressive approach towards work.

-Highly target oriented and self motivated.

-Should have the ability to strike a conversation, build and maintain relationship with clients over the phone.
