Job Description:

-Calling prospective customers

-Fully utilization of provided leads

-Cold calling

-Report Generation and record keeping

-Follow up with customers, strictly adhere the timeline/ schedule for follow up

-Co-ordination with sales & marketing team

-Responsible for Mass Mailing, Telecalling, Lead generation

-Arrange meetings for Sales team with regular follow up of leads

-Creating database of existing and new clients

Skills Required:

-Excellent Communication skills - verbal and written

-Highly presentable with good communication skills

-Outgoing personality with the ability to stay calm under pressure

-Good analytical and organizational skills

-Discreet, tactful, efficient and well organized

-Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs

-Should have exp in tele-calling preferably with Web / Digital / IT Industry

-Candidate should be Graduate in any stream

-Should be quick & smart to talk with the clients
