Job Description:

- Able to explain the customers about products services.

- Identify opportunities, produce leads and book appointments for sales force with emphasis on high       quality leads.

- Maintain Clients Data into excel sheet

- Call clients on regular basis explain them about product (Sending emails and coordinate with manager and technical team).

- Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis, Influences customers to buy or retain product or service by following a prepared script to give product reference information.

- Explains product or services and prices, and answers questions from customers

- Obtains customer information like name, address, payment mode, etc

- Records all customer details

- Answer telephone calls from potential customers

- Schedule appointments with the clients

- Obtain names of various clients from sources like telephone directory, etc.
