Job Description and Skill Set Required :
- Should have good command on Hindi and English with pleasing communication skill. Should be experienced as a telecaller and tele marketing personality.
- Follow all leads of team which they generate by calling.
- Assist and co-ordinate with sales team to close prospects.
- Fix the meetings with interested clients.
- Communicating courteously with customers over phone, email etc.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information.
- Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
