Job Responsibilities:
  • Make telephone calls to prospects and Fixing appointments.
  • Manage day to day relationship with clients.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved.
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis.
  • Attend campaign briefings and maintain confidentiality.
  • Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct Campaign calls.
Desired Candidate profile:
  • Outbound calling or customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
  • Good attention to detail
  • Computer literate and experience in database navigation
  • Knowledge of the IT industry an advantage
  • Friendly personality and team player
Skills: Candidate Should have excellent Communication skills with present Ability and should have Basic Computer Knowledge.
