We are looking for an energetic Tele Marketing Executive. The role requires a knack of solicitation and the art of winning leads.

It is important to talk with conviction with ensuring the prospect compelled to go for our solution !

Role Responsibilities :
- Deliver prepared sales talks and scripts by making outbound calls to prospective customers
- Adjust scripted sales pitches to meet needs of the specific individuals
- Explain technical information of service to current and prospective customers
- Schedule  appointments with prospective customers
- Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made
- Ensure the quality of the appointment provided to the sales team
- Schedule meeting/Demonstrations for the Sales Manager
- Sourcing leads from internet & email campaigns
- Conduct market surveys to identify the trending needs of prospective customers
- Answer telephone calls of potential customers who responded from our advertisements
- Maintaining & updating the customer database
- Conducting Customer Satisfaction Surveys on periodical basis
- Associated Admin duties

Required Skill Set :
- Confident and sound knowledge of Telephone etiquette
- Proficiency in English, Telugu and Hindi ( Preferable )
- Accurate data inputting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Must be familiar with MS Office tools
- Must be familiar with using CRM Software
- Impeccable time management
- Must be able to deal with confidential information
- Ability to build strong working relationships ( Internal/External )
- Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively
- Good attention to detail
