- Experience in customer support 

- Outbound Process

- Deal directly with customers either electronically or telephone
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services

- Prior Experience in handling financial products

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Good client service experience.
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge with MS-Office, Outlook and effective browsing skills.
