- Responsible for Mass Mailing, Tele-calling, Lead generation.

- Making enhanced outbound calls (Appx. 80-100 calls) on leads provided by the company.

- Reaching out to new customers and explaining them the benefits of our services.

- Analyzing customer's requirements and providing them solutions as per their needs.

- Arrange meetings for Sales team with regular follow up of leads.

- Creating database of existing and new clients.

Skill Set Required:

- Candidate should have experience in telecalling preferably with Web / Digital / IT Industry.

- Excellent communication, Administrative skills and knowledge of MS-Office.
