Job Description & Skill Set Required:
The primary task will be to provide support to our software users. The software is an Enterprise software. Support will be predominantly phone and email based. Sometimes there will be on-site training which will involve travel to any part of India. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining tickets for all the support calls and coordinate with the Development team to ensure that tickets are closed on time.
Skill sets:
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good comprehension – Will be required to understand the software in detail and should be able to understand the query of the users and provide appropriate solutions.
- Good communication
- Ability to work well with people
