Job Description:
Responsible for Answering calls politely and professionally from International Clients.
Responsible to provide technical support assistance to US customers.
Responsible to troubleshoot the issues related to Desktop, Laptops, Printers, Emails, Phones and all kind of relevant devices.
Handling remote sessions for fixation of Technical Issues.
Candidate should be willing to work in night shifts.
Relevant Training will be provided to the candidates.

Skills Required:
Basic technical knowledge of PCs.
Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems like Windows XP, Windows 7 & etc.
Basic Knowledge of Laptop, PC troubleshooting, Internet and Networking.
Basic understanding of Internet, Anti-Virus, Routers, Phones etc.
Interview Process: Face to face interview and two telephonic interview.
