Job Description & Skill Set Required :

1. OS installation (Windows, lubuntu, ubuntu)
2. Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
3. configuring software and email applications.
4. Install system on worksation
5. LAN experience
6. Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
7. Communicate with vendor either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue.
8. Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware.
