Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Trouble shoot and resolve client technical issues related to computers.
-Candidates will be responsible for client query like printer, Email, Antivirus, router related issues.
-Provides technical support to clients by maintaining remote account system access for clients:
-Developing training tools.
-Assisting in system analysis.
-5 days working
-Meals and cab allowance will be provided.
-Excellent communication skills to call prospective clients and good convincing skills.
-Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
