Job Description:
-Interacting with US customers and explaining them about the product and the services that we have.
-Selling Technical Services to the customers.
-Meeting the sales target month by month and maintaining the productivity parameters.
-Providing technical support to customers regarding desktop/laptop, operating systems, software, E-mail client, printer and other peripheral. Selling technical services to the customer for their computers, laptops and other peripherals.

Skill Set Required:  
-Good command over language.
-Experience in inbound Tech sales is a must.
-Sound knowledge of networking & troubleshooting of laptops, PC’s etc.
-Candidates from Gurgaon, West Delhi, South Delhi would be preferred.
