Job Description & Skill Set Required:
-Will be handling an international brand.
-Must be good at communication in English, must be conversant in using emails.
-Must be good at working with Microsoft office – word, excel, power point.
-The candidate will be responsible for creating a proper sales funnel by handling inquiries generated through web portals, in bound calls, emails, cold calls, and exhibitions.
-The candidate must be aware / willing to learn, the documentation required for importing of materials, and also handle import logistics.
-Prepare quotation, based on pricing given, update prospective customer’s inquiries in the computer and maintain the database.
-Accompany service engineers to customers place for trials.
-Coordinate and arrange delivery of products.
-Handle and escalate customer complaints.
-Make a significant contribution to increase market penetration by identifying prospective customers.
-Be aware of competitor’s products and developments.
-Payments follow up.
-Raise invoice in the provided format.
