Job Description:
- Knowledge and hands on experience with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7,8 , Windows 10,10.1 & MAC operating systems.
- Processing calls & solving problems faced by the users by taking remote assistance of systems online.
- Ability to work in a team environment, handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt quickly to changes.
- Sound Knowledge of computer & Internet and technical sales.
- Should be able to work in night shifts.
- Candidate must possess impeccable verbal and written communication skills, and experience in tech sales
- Quickly identify issues and resolve them based on guidelines and experience in tech support sales
- Should have qualities of time management, patience and ability to speak to customers with confidence and conviction and prior technical support sales experience.
- Should have an attitude that is well approachable by consumers and understanding their problems.
- Should have extremely good listening skills in order to understand what the customers want to say or express and technical sales experience in same industry
- Ensuring the satisfaction of customers in every stage of the process.
- Must possess customer handling & telephonic etiquettes.
- Target Oriented.
