Handling US Inbound calls regarding technical issues.

Negotiating tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

Persuading clients that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery and converting calls into deals.

Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.

Skills Required: 

Smooth communication skills.

Excellent convincing and customer relation skills.

Basic technical knowledge of Operating systems.
