Profile: Technical (IT) Recruiter/ Sr. Technical (IT) Recruiter

Salary: Rs. 1.5 LPA – 5 LPA (Depending upon the candidature and experience of the candidate)

Probation / Training Period:  3 months

Desired experience: 0-3 Years (minimum 3 months of Experience in Recruitment Field is mandatory)

Job Description and Skills Required:

  • Candidates will be responsible for handling end to end recruitment process which includes following activities :
  1. Sourcing from various job portals & social networks to managing candidate and client's communications.  
  2. Reviewing resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  3. Coordinating with clients on a regular basis and build good rapport with the client's HR/recruiter
  4. Scheduling interviews of the shortlisted candidates by the clients; collecting feedback from the clients
  5. Obtaining prompt and regular feedback from candidates who have been interviewed by clients
  6. Participating in salary and other negotiation as required by the client and/or the candidates
  7. Developing and maintaining a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

 Interview Process: Multiple Face to Face rounds
